May-15, Today Governor Baker announced plans to expand COVID-19 Testing and strategy. The administration plans to ramp up testing to 45,000 units a day by the end of July and up to 75,000 by the end of December. Testing for residents and patients in high risk settings such as state hospitals, group homes, and correctional facilities, those who are symptomatic or whose employment places them at high risk.

Additionally, the state has partnered with CVS Pharmacies to expand testing. CVS will begin making online appointments for the following sites on May 15.

The drive-thru CVS testing sites include:

• Charlton

• Worcester

• Raynham

• Northampton

• Bridgewater

• Carver

• West Springfield

• Danvers

• Westport

• Wellesley
