The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation has issued a message to residents regarding the effect COVID-19 will have on Massachusetts State Park Camping reservations. Additional spacing will be placed between available campsites; and yurt, cabin, and group camping for the 2020 camping season will not be available. As a result, all 2020 camping reservations will be canceled to reconfigure available campsites.

All reservations have been automatically canceled and will be refunded in full. The process will take place automatically and some refunds may require a few weeks to process.

Beginning June 22nd reservations will be accepted on a limited basis as campgrounds are reopened on July 1st. A temporary 90-day camping fee increase has been put in place for non-Massachusetts residents.
