Today May 1, Governor Baker ordered that anyone over the age of two without an exclusionary medical condition be required to wear a cloth covering over their face when out in public. These cloth coverings do not need to be masks, but can also be t-shirts or bandannas.
 
Business’s that remain open because they offer COVID-19 essential services will also require employee’s to wear cloth coverings while at work. Business’s may refuse services to those not wearing face coverings.
 
Failure to comply with this order may result in fees up to $300.
