Tobias Cowans
Chief of staff
Tobias T. Cowans is a Brockton-based professional with decades of experience in emergency management, public service, and community leadership. He has held multiple roles within the City of Brockton, served in the Office of Senator Michael D. Brady, and has an extensive background in disaster preparedness, humanitarian relief, and public safety training.
Jason Wentworth
Legislative Director
Born and raised in Malden, Jason has over 9 years of experience in state government. He first entered the State House in 2011 as a legislative aide. Today, Jason serves as our Legislative Director, where he manages the office’s policy priorities, oversees the Senator Brady’s legislative agenda.
Kayla Armbruster
Legislative Aide
Kayla was born and raised in San Antonio Texas. She graduated Emerson College May 2025 with a degree in political communication and journalism. She brings a strong record of public service and people centered work through her previous experience in local, state, and federal government, as well as several nonprofits. Kayla is committed to making government more accessible and ensuring every voice can be heard.
Adam Moskal
Intern
Adam grew up in Irvington, New York. As of May 2026, he graduated Emerson College, where he studied communications. Currently Adam is an Intern in the office, working primarily on researching policy, and drafting constituent outreach communications. In his free time Adam enjoys baseball.
